30-day money-back guarantee
DishVote Premium comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your Premium subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Payments for DishVote Premium are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund you can either:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe; or
- Email us at info.dishvote@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout and the date of the charge. We will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your Premium access ends and your subscription is cancelled. You keep your DishVote account and your votes, comments and lists; only the paid features are removed.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your profile page or via the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — if you would also like a refund of your most recent payment, please follow the steps above within 30 days of the charge.
